Somebody already packed it, which makes it fast
Storage contents come pre-boxed, pre-stacked and standing on a concrete floor with a roller door in front of them. There are no stairs to negotiate and nothing to dismantle, so this is quick work and it prices accordingly.
Nothing added for a long carry or an upper-floor unit
Interior units at the far end of a corridor, upstairs units, units reached by a goods lift — carry distance, floor level and lift use are all zero in our pricing. Wherever your door is in the building, the figure is the same.
Photograph it with the door up
One photo from the doorway with the roller door open is usually enough for a written price in about a minute. If you cannot get there, describe it — "packed to the ceiling", "half full", "boxes and a sofa" — and we will quote from that.
You do not need to be there
Give us the facility, the unit number, the access hours and the gate code or a contact at the desk, and the crew can clear it without you attending. Tell us who approves the quote and any change of scope goes back to that person as a revised written figure first.
Take out what you want first
Anything worth keeping simply needs removing beforehand, or pointing out on the day. We take only what you tell us to take, and everything else stays exactly where it is.
Condition never changes the number
Damp-marked cardboard, a mattress that has been in there four years, furniture that has not aged well — all priced the same as pristine, because we price the space it takes on the truck. Nothing needs cleaning, sorting or repacking first.
The rent is the number that matters
A storage unit is a bill that renews itself whether or not anybody opens the door. Clearing it is a one-off figure against a charge that repeats every month, which is why most people who do it wish they had done it sooner.
Combine it with the house
If you are also clearing a property, put both on one booking — the unit and the house priced as a single load is cheaper than two separate visits. Estate clearances often work this way; our estate page covers those.

The price is fixed before we set off
You approve a total and that total is what you pay. If the unit turns out to hold more than the photo suggested, the extra comes off the same published list, a revised figure goes to your phone, and it only goes on the truck once you have said yes. Nothing is settled at the roller door.
Awkward items are ordinary bookings
Storage units collect the things that were too difficult to deal with at the time. A treadmill is $115, a home gym $143, a large safe $260, a hot tub $364 and an upright piano $364 — all published, all carried out by the crew, all with disposal included. Mention them when you describe the unit and they go on the same visit as everything else.
