Upload Photos & Get Quote →Coral Gables is George Merrick's 1920s planned city — broad, tree-canopied streets of Mediterranean-revival single-family homes from the Granada and Riviera sections to the estates near the Biltmore and Cocoplum. These are houses with garages, attics, Florida rooms, and sheds, owned for decades, so the dominant job here is the estate cleanout and the downsize: a lifetime of furniture, an old dining set, a garage of tools and paint, a Florida room full of patio furniture and exercise equipment, sometimes a piano.
The Gables also cares about how a job looks. It's a city with strict codes and serious curb-appeal expectations, so we protect the floors and doorways, keep the truck off the grass and the historic swales, and leave the driveway swept. Whatever's still usable we route to donation or recycling rather than the landfill.
Flat per item; whole-home cleanouts price as truck-fill. Floor protection and clean-up are included — no "estate fee."

"Cleared my late father's house off Riviera — decades of furniture and a garage full of tools. Respectful crew, donated what they could, swept the driveway. Spoke Spanish with my mother."
"Renovating the kitchen — old fridge, dining set, and a china hutch gone the same day. Flat price, floors protected."
"They moved an upright piano out of the Florida room without scratching a thing. Quoted it honestly from a photo."
