Because so much of it is long-held, the dominant job is the estate cleanout and downsize: a lifetime of furniture, a garage and a workshop of tools, a Florida room of patio gear, sometimes a piano or a boat's worth of marine odds and ends.
The Grove guards its tree canopy and its character, so access is the consideration: narrow streets, big roots, protected swales. We stage carefully, keep the truck off the roots, protect the floors and doorways inside, and route anything still usable to donation.
