How does pricing work?

Flat, photo-quoted. Send a photo and we price every item up front from real Miami market data — e.g. sofa $126, queen mattress $103, refrigerator $164. Big jobs are priced by the truck: $241 (1/4) to $732 (full 16-yard truck). $100 minimum. The price you see is the price you pay.

Do you handle COIs for Brickell and the beach towers?

Yes. Most Miami high-rises require a Certificate of Insurance naming the association and a reserved freight/service elevator. We issue the COI free, same day, and book the elevator window with the building — all included in the flat price, no high-rise surcharge. Our coverage: General Liability $1M per occurrence · $2M aggregate; Umbrella/Excess $2M · $5M; Workers’ Compensation $1M each accident. Your building is added as additional insured, coverage is primary and non-contributory, and a waiver of subrogation applies.

Can you do same-day pickup?

Often yes, when a slot is open — and crews are scheduled to beat the afternoon storm. Send a photo and we'll quote the soonest window.

What do you take?

Furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics, exercise equipment, construction/renovation debris, garage and full-home or condo cleanouts. We can't take hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, propane) — ask us and we'll point you the right way.

Which areas do you serve?

All of Miami-Dade and Broward — Brickell, Miami Beach, Coral Gables, Doral, Hialeah, Aventura, Sunny Isles, Key Biscayne, Kendall, Pinecrest, Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood, Weston and more, including causeway and ferry-access islands.

How do I pay?

Securely online by card at checkout (powered by Stripe). Paying up front reserves your crew for the date and time you choose and locks your price — no haggling or awkward payment at the door.

What's your cancellation policy?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled pickup window, refunded to your original payment method.

Are there hidden fees for stairs, elevators or disposal?

No. A Brickell tower's freight elevator window, three flights in a Little Havana walk-up, the tip fee at the transfer station — all inside the flat quote. No per-flight charge, no fuel surcharge. The number only changes if there's materially more than the photos showed, and you approve it before anything is loaded.

Why not wait for Miami-Dade bulky-waste pickup?

If your bulky-waste allotment is available and you can get everything to the right spot, use it. It won't take renovation debris, it won't take the mattress out of a fourth-floor unit, and in the weeks after a storm the queue stretches. A sofa with us is $126, a queen mattress $103, and truck loads run $241 to $732.

Do I need to bring it down to the curb?

No. Getting it out of the unit, into the service elevator and onto the truck is the work. Leave it in place and tell us which floor.

Is the quote fixed after I send photos?

For what the photos show, yes. If the unit holds more than the picture caught, the crew re-prices from the same published list on the spot and waits for your approval.

Do you donate or recycle what's still usable?

Where a piece genuinely is, yes — furniture in good shape goes to a local reuse outlet and metal, appliances and electronics get separated out. Anything water-damaged after a storm is going to the landfill, and we'll say so plainly.

Are you insured, and for how much?

General Liability $1M per occurrence and $2M aggregate, an Umbrella/Excess layer of $2M per occurrence and $5M aggregate, and Workers' Compensation on the crews. Brickell and beach-tower management offices get the certificate the same day, naming them as additional insured.

Do I have to be there for the pickup?

Only if the crew needs to get inside the unit. A garage, a marked spot in the parking level, a concierge with the key — any of those work, and we text photos when the load is gone.

What won't you take?

Paint, solvents, pool chemicals, pressurized propane, asbestos and medical waste all have their own disposal routes. Ask and we'll point you at the nearest drop-off.
