Upload Photos & Get Quote →Downtown splits between residential high-rises — the towers along Biscayne Boulevard, the Omni area, and Park West — and the commercial core: the central business district, the courthouses, and the government center. So the work is two-sided. On the residential side it's condo turnover, much like Brickell: sectionals split for the freight elevator, king sets, dressers, all with a COI on file. On the commercial side it's office and agency clear-outs — desks, cubicles, conference tables, filing cabinets, and stacks of old electronics, often run after hours because the building requires it.
Downtown's access is tight: one-way streets, Metromover columns, limited loading zones, and event traffic from the arena and Bayfront Park. We stage where we won't get boxed in and coordinate the dock window with the building.
