If you book by early afternoon and a hauler slot is open, you lock a same-day window. Later bookings take the next morning.
A vetted, insured hauler arrives, carries it all out of the unit, and disposes, donates, or recycles. You lift nothing.
The same flat, photo-quoted price as any other day — no same-day surcharge. Single items are priced flat; bigger loads price by how much of the truck they fill. Disposal is included.

| Option | Speed | Cost | Catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| City of Miami bulk pickup | 1+ week | Free | Once a week, one bulky item per pickup, you drag it to the curb by 6 a.m. |
| Self-haul to the transfer station | Same day | $30–80 | You need a truck, the muscle, and the time |
| Traditional full-service hauler | 2–3 days | $150–600+ | In-home estimate, two-hour window, you must be home |
| JunkRabbit | Same day | Flat, from $75 | None — photo quote, we carry it out, no surcharge |
Not today. The City of Miami Solid Waste department runs bulky-trash collection once a week, takes one bulky item per pickup, requires it at the curb by 6 a.m., and you schedule it through 311 — so realistically it's days to a couple of weeks, and you're moving everything to the curb yourself. When you've got a closing tomorrow, a move-out deadline, or a unit to turn over, that timeline doesn't work. We send a hauler the same day and carry it out of the unit for one flat price.
Speed doesn't mean straight to the landfill. Usable furniture goes to donation, metal and e-waste are recycled, mattresses are routed to mattress recycling, and only the remainder is disposed — all included in your flat price, same day.
A same-day job in a Brickell or Edgewater tower usually means a building that wants a Certificate of Insurance on file and a freight-elevator reservation before anyone hauls. We turn the COI around the same day and work the elevator window, so "today" still happens even in a managed building. Walk-ups and houses across Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and the Beaches are routine.
"Closing was the next morning and the place still had furniture. Booked at noon, gone by evening. Saved the sale."
"Old fridge and a couch out of a Brickell condo same day. They had the COI ready for the building. Flat price, no surprises."
"Tenant left a whole apartment of junk. Photo, flat truck-fill price, hauled the same afternoon. Recommend."
Can you really pick up the same day?
Usually — book by early afternoon with an open hauler window and we pick up the same day across Miami, the Beaches, and the Gables. Later bookings go to the next morning.
Is there a same-day surcharge?
No. The flat, photo-quoted price is the same today as any day — single items priced flat, bigger loads by truck-fill (1/4 $295, 1/2 $525). $75 minimum, disposal included.
How fast is the City of Miami bulk pickup?
Once a week, one bulky item per pickup, via 311, at the curb by 6 a.m. — days to weeks, not today, and you move it yourself. We come the same day and carry it out.
Do I have to be home or move it to the curb?
No — our crew carries everything out of the unit. No two-hour window, no curb-drag.
