Home / Commercial Junk Removal
Commercial junk removal, done like a vendor — not a favor.
Office cleanouts, condo common areas, retail build-out debris, restaurant refits — handled by insured local crews with the paperwork your building actually asks for. COI before arrival. W9 on request. One flat price, invoiced properly.

Built for Miami buildings, boards, and managers
Most junk haulers treat a commercial job like a big residential one — then stall when the property manager asks for a Certificate of Insurance naming the building, a W9 for accounts payable, or a dock window that doesn't block the valet lane. That paperwork is the job in Miami. We do it before the truck rolls.
- COI, handled first. General liability and workers' comp certificates naming your building or association as additional insured, emailed before the crew arrives — standard for every Brickell, Edgewater, Aventura, and Sunny Isles tower we work.
- W9 and clean invoicing. Condo associations and management companies pay through AP, not Venmo. You get a proper invoice, a receipt on payment, and a W9 the moment your bookkeeper asks.
- One bill for many jobs. Managing several buildings? Our partner portal gives management companies a per-building dashboard and consolidated monthly billing across the portfolio — one statement instead of a stack of receipts.
- Freight elevators, dock windows, quiet hours. We book the service elevator and work inside your building's rules — including the ones about not staging debris in the porte-cochère.
What we clear out
- Offices — desks, cubicles, chairs, conference tables, filing cabinets, dead electronics. Full-floor clear-outs or a single suite between tenants.
- Condos & HOAs — common-area furniture swaps, storage-room purges, bulk items residents abandon by the service corridor, post-violation cleanups. (Ask the Pinecrest association we cleared a building's worth of shared items for.)
- Retail & restaurants — fixtures, racks, displays, booths, back-of-house equipment when a space turns over.
- Property turnovers — evictions, abandoned-unit clear-outs, and everything a departing tenant left behind, photographed and documented.
How commercial pricing works
Same flat-rate model as everything we do: send photos of the space, get an itemized price with the elevator wait, the COI, and the haul already inside the number. No per-hour meter running while the freight elevator takes its time. Recurring service for buildings — weekly or monthly common-area pickups — is available on a standing schedule with one monthly bill.
Why managers switch to us
- Speed: quotes in minutes, crews as soon as today — useful when a unit has to show tomorrow.
- Paperwork without chasing: COI and W9 arrive before you ask twice.
- Spanish-speaking crews as standard — your building staff and our crew will not need a translator.
- Insured, vetted locals — not day labor, not a national chain's brand premium.
