Converted warehouses, gallery build-outs, loft turnover, and the Edgewater tower boom next door. We clear discrete pieces or whole commercial spaces by the cubic yard — and we plan around the Art Walk loading chaos. Español on request.
Photo of the space — volume jobs priced by the truck-fill
Upload Photos & Get Quote →Wynwood is two things at once: a working arts and commercial district of converted warehouses, galleries, studios, breweries, and retail build-outs along NW 2nd Avenue — and, pressing in from the east, the Edgewater high-rise boom on Biscayne Bay. So the pickups split cleanly. On the warehouse side it's commercial clear-outs: old display walls, crates, plinths, shelving, broken fixtures, a closed pop-up's furniture — usually a volume job we price as truck-fill rather than item-by-item. On the Edgewater side it's standard new-construction condo turnover, much like Brickell, with COIs and freight elevators.
Wynwood's catch is access: narrow loading zones, one-way streets, and Second Saturday Art Walk turning the whole neighborhood into a crowd. We schedule around it and stage the truck where it won't get boxed in.
Discrete pieces are flat-rate; a whole-space clear-out prices by the truck-fill. Photo-quoted before anyone rolls up.
