A load is not one destination
Furniture in good order, working appliances, metal, cardboard and electronics all have their own onward routes, and the crew separates as it loads rather than tipping everything together. Anything still usable gets a second life where we can find one
If a sofa is sound, a dresser is solid or an appliance still runs, we would far rather it went to somebody who wants it than anywhere else. Where there is a taker, that is the route it takes. It costs you nothing either way and it does not change your price — it is simply the better outcome when it is available.
Recyclable material is pulled out as we go
Metal, cardboard and electronics are separated and sent where they can be handled properly. Whatever is left goes for proper disposal. The useful part for you is that working out which is which is not your problem: we take the material to the right place for what it is.
Appliances and screens have their own handling
Refrigerators, freezers and air-conditioning units contain sealed cooling systems, and televisions, monitors and computers follow an electronics route. We deal with all of it, nothing on that list needs preparation from you, and the published price is the whole cost.

The price is fixed before we set off
You describe the load, you get a total, and that total is what you pay. Nothing is renegotiated in the hallway, and if you add something on the day it comes off the same published list with a revised figure sent for approval first.
