Upload Photos & Get Quote →Key Biscayne is a small, affluent island village reached only by the Rickenbacker Causeway — a mix of oceanfront condo towers along Crandon Boulevard and Ocean Lane and single-family estates in the interior. The jobs are condo turnover (sectionals, beds, dressers down a service elevator, COI on file) and island-estate cleanouts and downsizes, often with patio and marine odds and ends given the waterfront living.
The one constant is the causeway: everything in and out crosses it, and the toll and the run are simply part of our flat price — no island surcharge. For the towers we handle the COI and the service-elevator window so the crew isn't held at the gate.
Flat, photo-quoted. Causeway run, COI, and service elevator already in the price.
