Picking a junk hauler in Miami gets easy once you know what to ask. Here is the short list, with our own answer under each one, so you can compare before you speak to anybody.
1. Is the number a price, or an estimate?
Ours is a price. You describe what is going, you get a flat total, and that total is agreed before we set off. Nothing is renegotiated with a crew standing in your hallway, and there is no "we will confirm when we see it" step.
2. Is disposal included in that figure?
Yes, in every figure on this site. There is no separate fuel line, tip fee, environmental charge or recycling surcharge added at the end. The number covers the crew, the truck, the carry, the loading, the drive and the disposal.
3. Does anything get added for stairs, floors or a lift?
Not with us. Floor level, stair count, carry distance, hills and neighbourhood are all zero in our pricing. A fourteenth-floor unit in Brickell costs exactly what a ground-floor house in Kendall costs for the same load. Worth asking anyone else the same question before you book.
4. What is the minimum?
The minimum booking in Miami is $75. Small jobs are welcome, and a single item is a perfectly ordinary booking.
5. Can I get the price without a site visit?
Yes. Describe the load in plain English or send a few photographs and a written figure comes back in about a minute — no appointment just to be given a number, no waiting in for a surveyor. That is the whole point of publishing our prices.
6. Are you insured, and can I get a certificate?
Yes to both, and the certificate is free. JunkRabbit LLC carries commercial general liability at $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, an umbrella above it at $2 million per occurrence and $5 million aggregate, and workers' compensation. If your building, HOA or managing agent needs a certificate naming them, we issue it at no charge and it does not take days — and if they have a required form of words, send it over and it goes on the certificate. 7. What happens if there is more than I described?
The extra comes off the same published list, the revised total goes to your phone, and it only goes on the truck once you have said yes. No pressure on the doorstep and no figure that moves without your approval.
