Nothing added for the floor you are on

We work to the building's access arrangements
Miami associations generally want the service elevator booked and a certificate of insurance on file. JunkRabbit LLC carries commercial general liability at $1 million per occurrence and $2 million aggregate, an umbrella above it at $2 million per occurrence and $5 million aggregate, and workers' compensation, and we issue a certificate naming the association at no charge. Book pickups across the whole project
Demolition week, cabinetry week, snagging week — each can be its own booking at the same published prices, with no call-out charge and no minimum number of visits. Contractors often set one up per phase so the unit never fills up.
The price is fixed before we set off
You describe the load, you get a total, and that total is what gets paid. If the day produces more than expected, the extra comes off the same published list, a revised figure goes to your phone, and it only goes on the truck once approved.

Plenty of condo renovations happen around the owner. Booking a pickup at the end of each messy stage keeps the corridor and the spare room clear, and one visit that takes everything is cheaper than several small ones.
A container is the other route
