How to read this list
Two rules and then the tables.
One. The price beside an item is the whole price. It includes a crew carrying it out from wherever it currently sits — 30th floor in Brickell, back bedroom in Hialeah, screened patio in Pinecrest — loading it, and disposing of it. There is no stair charge, no walk-up fee, no disposal fee added afterwards and no same-day surcharge.
Two. The minimum visit is $75. If you have one $33 item, the visit is $75. If you have four things that add to more than that, you pay the sum.
For loads you cannot itemize, skip to the truck-fill ladder near the bottom.
Sofas, chairs and living room
| Item | Price |
|---|---|
| Sofa / Couch | $126 |
| Sofa (Oversize 90"+ / Disassembly / Cut-Apart) | $185 |
| Loveseat | $119 |
| Sleeper Sofa | $149 |
| Reclining / Power Sofa | $152 |
| Sectional Sofa (2-Piece) | $141 |
| Sectional Sofa (3-Piece) | $185 |
| Sectional Sofa (4+ Piece) | $228 |
| Sectional Sofa (5-6 Piece) | $271 |
| Recliner | $98 |

| Ottoman | $56 |
| Coffee Table | $67 |
| End Table / Side Table | $52 |
| Entertainment Center / TV Stand | $96 |
| Area Rug (Large, 5×8+) | $68 |
The oversize line matters more here than elsewhere. A nine-foot sectional that went into a Downtown unit before the interior walls were finished frequently has to be cut apart to come back out of a service lift. That is $185, quoted in advance, not a surprise on the day.

Air conditioning is a category of its own in this county. Salt air eats outdoor condensers, older units get replaced on a shorter cycle than they would inland, and installers routinely leave the old unit on the pad or the roof deck. There is no refrigerant fee — a condenser is $115 and that is the number.

| Kayak / Canoe / Paddleboard | $71 |
| Trampoline | $116 |
| Swing Set | $143 |
| Yard Waste | $88 |
This is the table people use twice a year: once in May, clearing everything loose off a balcony, a screened patio or a pool deck before the start of hurricane season, and once in the autumn when a season of salt and sun has finished off whatever survived.
Garage, gym and storage

| Countertop — Stone / Granite (per section) | $111 |
| Interior Door | $41 |
| Window (Single Unit) | $33 |
Impact-window replacement and balcony work generate a steady stream of this across the older beachfront and Biscayne Boulevard buildings. The constraint is almost never the debris; it is the service elevator window and the certificate of insurance the association wants on file first.
Truck fill, for anything you cannot itemize
| Load | Price |
|---|---|
| 1/4 truck | $241 |
| 3/8 truck | $338 |
| 1/2 truck | $431 |
| 5/8 truck | $513 |
| 3/4 truck | $587 |
| 7/8 truck | $661 |
| Full truck | $732 |
Use this for a garage in Westchester, a storage unit in Doral, or a Little Havana duplex after a tenant leaves. You are shown where the load sits before anything is lifted, and if it finishes smaller than estimated you move down the ladder.
Building a total
You add the lines. Nothing is bundled and nothing is bolted on.
A bedroom in a Coral Gables house: a queen mattress and box spring set at $143, a standard dresser at $126 and a nightstand at $57 is $143 + $126 + $57 = $326.
An Edgewater unit before a listing photo shoot: a three-piece sectional at $185, a coffee table at $67 and a 42-to-65-inch television at $68 is $185 + $67 + $68 = $320.
A pre-season balcony clear in Sunny Isles: an outdoor lounge chair at $61, a patio umbrella and base at $53 and a propane grill at $71 is $61 + $53 + $71 = $185.
Send a photograph and a list and you get the total before anything is scheduled. Quotes and crews work in Spanish as well as English.
Frequently asked questions
Are these prices the final price?
Yes. Carry-out from any floor, loading and disposal are included. There is no stair charge, no walk-up fee, no fuel line and no same-day surcharge. If an item is added on the day, you are told its price before it goes on the truck.
What is the smallest job you will take?
One item. The minimum visit is $75, so a single microwave at $30 or a vacuum at $33 comes to $75. Once your list passes $75 you simply pay the sum of the items.
How do I price a garage or a storage unit?
Use the truck-fill ladder. A quarter truck is $241, a half $431, three-quarters $587 and a full truck $732. A 10×10 storage unit priced as a unit cleanout is $587.
Do you charge extra for an air conditioner or a fridge?
No. A window unit over 8,000 BTU is $109, a portable unit is $85, an outdoor condenser is $115 and a standard refrigerator is $164. There is no refrigerant fee.
Does a high-rise cost more than a house?
No. The floor is not a pricing input. What a tower changes is scheduling — the association will want a certificate of insurance on file and the service elevator booked for a window, so start that a few days ahead.
