One room or a whole furnished unit, cleared in a single trip — furniture, appliances, closets, and the rest hauled out of Miami apartments and condos at a flat truck-fill price. We carry it all out, provide the building COI, donate what's usable, and you don't lift a thing.

Same-day is often open across Miami, the Beaches, and the Gables. We file the building COI and book the freight elevator.
A vetted crew carries everything out, donates what's usable, recycles metal and e-waste, and leaves the unit empty.
Cleanouts are priced by how much of the truck they fill, so you pay for the volume, not by the hour. A studio or one-bedroom is often a 1/4 to 1/2 truck; a furnished two-to-three bedroom runs 1/2 to a full truck. Send photos or a walkthrough for an exact flat number.
| Load | Flat price |
|---|---|
| 1/4 truck (≈ a room) | $295 |
| 3/8 truck | $415 |
| 1/2 truck (≈ studio / 1BR) | $525 |
| 3/4 truck (≈ 2BR) | $720 |
| Full truck (≈ 2–3BR furnished) | $895 |
$75 minimum. Carry-out, donation, and disposal are included — no per-flight or "oversized" upcharge. Bigger jobs run multiple trucks at the same flat per-truck rate.
| Option | Cost | Speed | Catch |
|---|---|---|---|
| City of Miami bulk pickup | Free | Weeks | One bulky item per weekly pickup; you carry every piece to the curb yourself |
| Dumpster rental | $350–600+ | Days | Permit for the street, you load it all yourself, sits out for days |
| DIY + multiple dump runs | Truck + fees + days | Slow | You haul, lift, and dispose; nothing donated |
| JunkRabbit | Flat truck-fill | Same day | None — we carry it all out, donate & recycle, COI handled |
The city's bulky pickup is built for the occasional couch, not a unit: it takes one bulky item per weekly pickup, at the curb by 6 a.m., scheduled through 311. Clearing a furnished apartment that way would take you a month of hauling pieces down to the curb one at a time — and it won't touch boxes, bags, closets, or the kitchen. A dumpster means a street permit, days of it sitting out, and you doing all the loading. We clear the whole unit in one same-day trip, carry it all out for you, and donate or recycle what we can.
Usable furniture and household goods are routed to donation (Goodwill, Habitat ReStore), metal and e-waste are recycled, and only what's left is disposed. A cleanout produces a lot of still-good stuff, and keeping it in the community instead of the landfill is built into the flat price.
Most Miami cleanouts are in managed buildings — a Brickell or Edgewater tower that requires a Certificate of Insurance on file and a reserved freight elevator before anyone moves a thing. We turn the COI around same-day, book the elevator and loading dock, and coordinate access with the manager for tenant and estate units, so the clear-out actually happens on schedule. Houses across Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, and the Beaches are routine too.
"Cleared a furnished one-bedroom in a Brickell tower in one afternoon. COI ready, freight elevator booked, flat price. Donated half of it."
"Tenant left a two-bedroom packed. They coordinated with me, cleared it same day, truck-fill price. Saved my turnover."
"Downsizing my mom's condo. Patient, discreet, donated what they could. One flat price for the whole thing."
How much does an apartment cleanout cost in Miami?
By truck-fill: 1/4 $295, 1/2 $525, 3/4 $720, full $895. A studio/1BR is often 1/4–1/2 truck; a furnished 2–3BR is 1/2–full. Send photos or a walkthrough for an exact flat price. Carry-out, donation, and disposal included.
Can you clear the whole unit in one trip?
Yes — furniture, appliances, boxes, and closets, carried out same-day, with the COI and freight elevator handled.
Do I have to sort or be there?
No sorting — just point out what stays. We can coordinate access with the building manager for turnovers.
